Nampak was awarded the prize for the best hospitality tent at the Durban July 2009 because of the striking decor elements utilized in their marquee tent.

The venue looked absolutely amazing. Subtle decor elements accentuated the overall theme of GAMES PEOPLE PLAY with the focal point being the large circular bar made up to look like the wheel of a roulette table.

The entrance floor was reminiscent of a Chinese checkers board with large chess pieces flanking the entrance on one side. The entire marquee was covered in midnight blue draping accentuated with silver swags. Touches of red flowers and glasses enhanced the already stylish table covered in silver patterned table cloths. Silver tiffany chairs rounded off this visual spectacular and attention to detail was clearly visible in the form of tea light candle decorated to look like dice.

The focal point being the roulette wheel bar was further enhanced through the use of flair barmen serving cocktails and drinks in flamboyant style.
